Sample free or need to pay?

If you don’t need to print a custom logo or other artwork on the products, it will not charge any cost. Just tell us your freight collect account like FedEx DHL TNT, if you don’t have an account, it needs to charge Express fee properly.

How to ensure the production quality of your LED light factory?

Raw materials are fully inspected and qualified before they are warehoused and returned unqualified. LED chips are oven baked for 24 hours to dehumidify to avoid moisture damage. Before mass production, we need to make the first sample from the raw material. We will conduct various tests on this sample. Only if this sample passes these tests, this batch of raw material can be used for mass production. After the beads are soldered to the PCB, we will do a full inspection of the appearance and power-on test. Each power supply is likewise fully inspected to see that the standard parameters are met. LED lights are randomly sampled for semi-finished products during assembly, and likewise finished products are randomly sampled before warehousing. If you have specific inspection standards, we can develop a customised process according to your standards. In addition, we welcome customers to visit and inspect our LED light factory before or during the production of LED lights. This can be co-ordinated through your sales manager.

Once we decide to start the customisation process, can we change the design and parameter configuration of the custom LED light?

Of course you can. In case the moulds are not ready for mass production, you are free to modify the parameter requirements of your custom lamp. Simply contact your account manager/engineer to discuss whether the modifications you want are feasible.

Can I learn about your production process?

As in other lighting factories around the world, you can get to know all the details of the products. In addition, you can visit the factory during the production process.

Is it possible to imprint a logo on an LED light?

Regular items are recommended to silkscreen or laser logo on the lamp housing, if it’s a custom moulded style it’s perfectly fine and can make your product more impactful and personalise your brand. Not all the details may be possible, but let us know your design, we’ll review it and let you know.

What is the minimum cost to label or screen print LED lights?

A minimum of 500 units are required for screen printing and 100 units for labelling.

Can I have my own unique design (size, brightness, colour temperature, voltage, etc.)?

Yes, we welcome customer designs for size, brightness, colour temperature, voltage, etc.

Can I have custom designs and mock-up samples?

We design and build each project according to the customer’s individual needs.

What is the packaging like? Can I customise the packaging?

Yes, it is very easy to customise the packaging to showcase different packaging concepts or to customise it according to the customer’s requirements.

How long are your delivery times?

For samples, it usually takes 5-7 days; for bulk orders, it takes 25-30 days, depending on the quantity.

What is the order process?

  • Custom design – custom mould/logo/packaging first.
  • Sample – Make samples for your inspection.
  • Order Confirmation – Sign a sales contract after sample confirmation.
  • Deposit – 30% deposit before mass production.
  • Arrangement of production – We will arrange the production.
  • Balance payment–Payment is made after inspection of the goods, and the balance is paid before shipment.
  • Shipment–We will ship the goods to the destination port.
  • Confirmation of packing list/commercial invoice/packing list/certificate of origin.
  • After-sales service.

If any defective LED lights , how do you deal with?

We have 1:1 replacement for the defective LED lights.

Payment

What is your terms of payment ?

TT (30% of the total amount to be paid upfront as a deposit, the remaining 70% to be paid before delivery, after product quality inspection.)
